The room was spacious with a comfy bed and modern bathroom. The big pool was perfect for cooling off after exploring. Plus, it's just a short walk to tasty local restaurants. Can't wait to come back 😊

Did not like the staff at all. In there web site they promise a shatel to the beach. When we asked them for it, they told us to walk it. They do not care there customers at all. Brakfast poor.

I enjoyed my stay with a comfortable room and good service from the front desk after the check-in. The breakfast options were a highlight with fresh eggs and good pastries each morning. The gym could benefit from more free weights, and my air conditioning unit was quite noisy, affecting my sleep.

The hotel is in the center of town
The worse hotel we have even been to - our safe was breched and the room was locked by the theif, it seems like a hotel employee did it but we are not sure about that. The hotel did all his efforts to avoid us from calling the police but instead of compensate us for this issue it over charged us for almost an extra night. Also please note that the hotel building quality is low, as I have strong background in building and civil engineering - the materials and the building quality is shame to have a new hotel at that condition. WATCH OUT FROM STEALING AT THIS HOTEL, Several other people complain about that too.

Cheerful hotel, fairly clean, with very good and courteous staff who found good decision for our request.

Oi, we just had a right good time! The staff were well friendly, always giving a hand, and the room was massive and spotless. But the pool was under wraps, which was a bit of a downer. Still, loved the location, proper quiet end of Chaweng!

The rooms were very nice, specially the bed, what a nice soft bed the best of all the hotels that we have been to, since we are travelling around asia
The service of the hotel is not good enough, they don't know about the word "favour" everything is pay pay pay, is like when you travel with a cheap airline, at the end you pay for the extra kilos, food, etc. Another bad thing is that they have three buildings and only one bridge connecting them with the main builing, where you can find the reception, have breakfast or go out, so you have to take the elevator to the second floor and then walk to the other floors!!!!! If you are lucky you can get a room in the main building, but I won't recommend the hotel for now because they are still builing new areas (making a lot of noise! By the way) bringing new furniture, etc. Maybe in one or two years with a change of admistration the Hotel will be good and enjoyable.

Renovated hotel. Everything is like new and beautiful design. Really liked the hotel and I'll get back to it. There is a huge pool.
Small fitness room. No water facility in the gym.

spacious rooms, nice shower, good air conditioning
The outdated pictures create a misleading impression!!! Communication regarding room changes could be clearer while cleanliness in the bathrooms leaves much to be desired!!!

The rooms are very new and clean. The hotel has very nice pool and resturant, and it is 2 minutes walk to chawang market. Very good value for money!
The beach is quite far.. it is about 10 minutes walk. Althought the greate pool is an equal trade.

The breakfast options were a highlight, with fresh eggs cooked to order and delicious pastries. The room was comfortable, but the air conditioning unit was noisy and may disrupt sleep. The initial check-in focused heavily on hotel rules, giving a very strict impression. The hotel could benefit from a few updates to improve overall aesthetics.
